When sending in a repair to any Authorized Repair Center, please make sure to include:
· Your Name (company name, if applicable)
· Return Address
· Daytime Phone Number
· A Brief Description of Problem with the Unit You Noticed
Include all of this information on the inside of the box, just labeling the outside can cause delays. Labels sometimes get torn or contain the wrong information during the shipping process.
Although, we do check units over thoroughly, we know that sometimes there are specific items you want us to know or add to a repair order.
